Abbiamo prenotato un ritiro alle 6 del mattino e non so perché abbiamo ricevuto il messaggio che l'auto ci verrà a prendere alle 5 del mattino. Abbiamo provato a chiamare/spedire alla compagnia ma non c'è stata risposta. Così abbiamo finito per aspettare 3,5 ore all'aeroporto per il nostro volo del mattino presto, il che non è stata una bella esperienza. A parte questo, tutto è filato liscio, ed è l'unico motivo per cui non ho dato una stella.

We reserved a pickup up at 6am, and I don'f know why we got the message the car will pick us up at 5 am. We tried to call/e mail the company but there was no respond. So we ended up waiting 3,5 hours at the airport for our flight early in the morning which wasn't great experience. Apart that everything went smoothly, it is the only reason I didn't give one star
