Kualitas bus bagus tetapi pengemudi mengemudi seperti orang gila ditambah suspensinya buruk jadi kami melompat dan terbang di tempat tidur seperti di rodeo, tidak bisa tidur, ditambah 2 jam lebih awal jadi tengah malam, bukan di pagi hari.

Bus tidur terburuk yang pernah kami alami di Vietnam tanpa tirai, suspensi sudah lama hilang, dan sama sekali tidak ada ruang penyimpanan. Jelas tidak ada pengisian daya dan wifi. Yang terburuk, kami tiba 2 jam 40 lebih awal karena pengemudi melaju kencang di jalan raya, meninggalkan banyak orang terdampar dalam kegelapan sesaat sebelum jam 4 pagi, bukan jam 6.30 yang kami bayar. Tidak layak membayar lebih untuk layanan terakhir malam itu, itu omong kosong

People at Thien Phu Hostel were very unfriendly. When you book online, choose another pick up point. Also no stop to get some food.

Was a quick ride. Arrived an hour early in ninh binh. The staff were average.

I was happy with this VIP sleeper, as for once in Vietnam, we had no bus changes randomly in the middle of the night. Air conditioning was good, and was able to sleep well enough. The bus was half an hour late, but that seems pretty standard in Vietnam!

We got the bus we paid for. The toilets were clean. Each bed had a private light that you controlled. The staff were friendly. And there was a charging port.

It was a bit of a hassle at the starting point (5 bus companies and 60+ people at the same time) and we were 1.5hrs EARLIER than expected, so getting out was a bit of a rush too, but the ride itself was safe and comfy.

Uncomfortable ride. 2130 until 0500, we only stopped for a toilet break once, at 0230. I tried finding a toilet at the back of the bus in the dark, as I walked down the corridor some Vietnamese bloke who was laying on the floor between berths (despite there being an empty bed next to him) started kicking me and pointing at me to go away, so I couldn't get past him to see if there was a toilet (I'm assuming not). After that the driver / assistant were speaking loudly while passengers were trying to sleep. Also the bus that turned up was a Queen Cafe, not even a TBus.

Staff were extremely rude. Several of the chairs on the bus were faulty so you could not adjust them. Overall not a great experience with this company.
