Kami menunggu beberapa saat dalam cuaca panas sebelum memulai perjalanan. Kami dipindahkan ke bus tidur di bus lain yang jauh lebih sempit dan hangat (Mengapa tidak bertemu di bus lain saja?). Sopir itu tidak bisa berbahasa Inggris sama sekali dan akan secara aktif menyuruh atau mengusir kami jika kami mencoba berbicara dengannya. Kebanyakan orang di dalam bus bertanya kapan pemberhentian toilet pertama dilakukan karena tidak ada toilet di dalam bus, setelah 3,5 jam tanpa menggunakan toilet, itu kejam. Beberapa orang hampir ketinggalan pemberhentiannya karena pemberhentian tersebut tidak diumumkan, kami hanya berhenti sebentar. Kalau tidak, busnya cukup nyaman jika agak sempit.

Saya membeli tiket untuk kelas 1. Entah sistemnya membuat kesalahan, atau jika ada kelas 1, saya tidak bisa membayangkan seperti apa kelas 2 itu. (sesuai gambar, tidak ada perbedaan...walaupun di harga ada sedikit)

Bepergian dengan tidur kelas 1 jalan. Itu sangat nyaman. Seprai bersih, meskipun ketika kami tiba orang-orang ada di tempat tidur kami. Setiap tempat tidur memiliki power point dan lampu. .keretanya sudah tua dan banyak bergerak, jika Anda mabuk perjalanan, saya sarankan untuk membawa pil. Pengemudi melakukan overtake gila-gilaan dan sering membunyikan klakson. Tidak bagus untuk bus tidur malam. Toilet berada dalam kondisi buruk, wastafel tidak berfungsi. Seluruh bus sepertinya tidak dirawat selama beberapa tahun. Komunikasi sebelum berangkat tidak ada. Akhirnya bisa tidur. Bus memiliki AC tetapi tidak ada wifi.

We got confirmation via message that the bus was 1 hour late. But then we got a message back that the bus was 2 hours late and we had to go to a different pool. The crew is very unfriendly. The bus makes many stops to pick up passengers or goods. The bus, which was supposed to arrive at Danang at 7 am, but arrived at 10.30 am. This made us late for the Ba Na Hills tour. We also didn't get mineral water

This trip was so bad and not what we paid for at all. We arrived an hour before the trip started at the Hanoi office, because we wanted everything to go smoothly. An hour later a random man came and picked us up. He drove us to some big road, and just dropped of us on the side of the road and told us to wait for the bus. But the bus didn’t come, so we talked to some of the locals that were standing there, and they told us that we were at the wrong spot. We called hotline and they just said that the staff made a mistake, but they would fix it. They send a new man to pick us up, and he drove us to another place. We were again dropped of on the side of the road, but this time there was a booking office there. So we talked to the lady in the office, who said that our bus to Da Nang had left, even though the man from hotline told us that the bus would be there when we arrived. We called him again, and then he said that we should get on this random bus to Ninh Binh. We didn’t feel that safe at this point, because we would be dropped of in Ninh Binh at 9 in the evening. But it was only option. We asked the man from hotline if we could just stay on the bus the whole trip to Da nang, because the bus was also going to Da Nang. But the man from hotline told us that we should change buses in Ninh Binh, because we paid for a VIP bus, and the bus we were currently on wasn’t a VIP bus. When we arrived in Ninh Binh

The communication with the organisation was good, the ride itself was an extreme experience that I never whitenessed in my life. Never saw a bus drive that fast. The idea of a sleeper bus is nice but when the bus honks every 5 seconds you can’t sleep
