Forgot to pick us up, waited nearly 2 hours for them to send us a random cab to then drive us down the motorway to the bus. Worst travel experience in Vietnam so far.

I booked 5pm bus, but was informed that it was sold out and was offered a 6:30pm bus. The bus didn't arrive until 7:30pm even though we were repeatedly told it's coming in 5-10 mins for an hour straight. As it turned out, all passengers on the bus booked a bus for a different time (5:30, 6:30, 7:30) from different companies and all waited until 7:30pm while being lied to that the bus is coming in 5-10 minutes. The bus looked nothing like the picture, cramped 7 people in a van.

Seat was comfy enough but aircon was very cold. Got collected earlier than expected which was ok because I was waiting. The other people in my mini van arrived later than they’d booked so I got lucky but they were unhappy. Driver stopped so often to run his own errands.

An hour an 10 minutes later than expected. Driver was playing very loud Vietnamese music on repeat and would not turn it down.
