The manager gave him my mobile number to make sure, and when I told him I might not be able to get through, she wrote me down his mobile number, license plate number, etc. I arrived there by 7:30 and waited for the car, but the car didn't even arrive at 8:40, and when I contacted the store, it had already left. I wouldn't have been mad if she had said that to me that there was an error in communication and apologized. But she screamed and said she had never said that and left because I didn't come out to the designated place. She wouldn't listen to me at all, and just hung up on me. When I called back, she yelled at me and told me to call tomorrow morning because I didn't have a car, and got mad at me for you. I suddenly ended up on the spot. I called the massage parlour to make this clear, and the manager proved that I remembered the above correctly and talked to them. I kept it in the mail.
I paid about 2,000 baht and took a taxi back. I don't feel sorry for this amount, but the two hours I spent there was such a hard time and a waste. I will never use this service again, and I will tell my colleagues who go on business trips with everyone in Korea not to use it.
I was even able to go to the place on time, and I only accepted the favor they offered.

Anastasiia TThe trip started not from the point mentioned in voucher. I had to call to the hotline, so the car pick me up on that point. Then driver and I drove to some other point, where we wait for additional 30 min before we finally depart from Pattaya.

Brian HIt wasn't 'Poor' but it was less than 'Average', thus the 2 star rating. The journey itself was fine. The problem was the pick-up at the Jomtien Night Market. I went to the location provided by 12GO but there was no sign of anyone or anything that would suggest that I was at the correct pick-up spot. There was a reference on the confirmation email to "Check in" at the location which was very misleading because there was no place or sign indicating a check-in location. This caused stress, including when I tried to call the customer service number, no one answered. You have to do better.
