Luke SThe bus' AC was barely on which made the 6hr ride pretty terrible. The bus stopped at 2 rest stops and 4 other unsolicited stops to pick up and drop off locals to a few destinations which added to the long trip. Wouldn't recommend.

Bus staff a bid rude; no English language abilities.
Bus driver dropped us directly in front of our hotel (arranged by the agency, which was constantly available by WhatsApp)
Timetable was ok (45 Min delay at pick up)

Philip We use to take a cab to Hanoi, then get a bus to HaGiang, with this route, it saved us time and money, Direct from Noi Bai Airport Hotel to HaGiang, same good service, save time and save money. 12go.asia our preferred and trusted travel partner.

Andrea LCommunication was superb. We were a few minutes late because our flight was delayed and told the company beforehand so they waited for us (was literally just 5 minutes but if they wouldn't have known they would've driven off).
Driving was good, calm for Vietnamese standards. Bus was okay for a day trip.
