Ben GIt was nothing special, quite cramped and the rooms were fairly hot. Only snacks provided, personally I would go by bus or air instead.

Goran CThe bus was over an hour late on departure and the drop off was on the outskirts of Hue and not in the city where we would have a few steps to accommodation. If we wouldn't recieve the email with the licence plate number we would have missed the bus. And also the staff was ignoring us for the first part, even when we showed the voucher. We also had to show the email with the licence plate. They even tried to make us only take 2 beds. As we are a family of 3, but we booked and payed for 3 pax so they couldn't do nothing regarding that. And at the next stop they tried it with another group of 3 pax...
The driver that drove the first part, was driving too agressive and they smoked, so the smoke was all over the bus.
The comfort was ok, but with the agressive driving it all got lost as I was all over my space.

Bianca Unfriendly bus driver who screamed at us and touched us, even we were awake already.
The bus was dirty and smelled like smoke.

Hannah MThis is a really good option for travelling from Hanoi to Hue, it was well organised and pretty comfortable for a train bed! There was a good selection of free things in the room and the food cart came round pretty regularly. It was on time and the toilets were clean, give it a go!

Bianca MCould’ve been worse. Any 14h train ride I feel wouldn't be ideal, especially when you’re on the top bunk and you can barely see out the window. The beds weren’t soft beds (by Vietnam standards anyway) they just felt like hard mats but was able to get sleep anyway. Toilets were filthy. Make sure you bring your own toilet paper. Staff weren’t that helpful helping you board like they say they would but they do alert you when it’s your stop. Overall, a very average experience and definitely the maximum amount of time I would take the train.

Victor CThey change the bus and location of the departure. WhatsApp service help a little but sometimes informations missing. Bus arrived 40 min before the real time and go 5 min after.
Got sick on the bus because of AC. Also team was really friendly but can’t help you or answer any question. Finally i arrived to my destination. Rating on Vietnamese standard.

Sean BOverall it got us from A-B - the bus was about 45 minutes late! The wifi wasn’t working but they did have working USB ports and aircon 😊
