Transzela

Operator didn’t have my booking and I had to pay again, hopefully get a refund.

The driver was driving super fast and we arrived 3.5 hours in advance. I found it hard to sleep cause I felt a bit scared.

It was very nice, although I am tall and I have a problem with my legs when the other seat in front of me is laying too to 160%. I asked to change a seat and fortunately, they accepted it and I slept well.

As mentioned in another email, we believe that the trip was falsely advertised on 12Go. It was advertised as a direct bus with food provided. Neither are true. The bus makes a detour for almost two hours in Puno. The bus did not arrive until 12 rather than 10:00 as stated. As it is not direct, they also don’t provide food; which we did not prepare for properly due to the faulty advertising on your website.

The bus was confortable and the process of crossing the Bolivian border made easy by the team.

Comfortable bus, clean, good seats, arrived early, good info when crossing the border. Was just a touch cold.

The staff were prompt and the process went smoothly.

I had booked the 8:00 a.m. bus (as stated in the PDF), but at the counter, I was given a ticket for 8:30 without any explanation. Additionally, the bus did not depart from Platform 2 as indicated; the platform was changed without notice. I couldn’t trust the information provided by the staff at the counter. However, the ride itself was comfortable.

We had to change bus in Puno in the middle of the night, it wasnt written anywhere... The operaters of the bus didnt tell us anything about how the border works, so everyone was very confused for 2h...
