Taiwan High Speed Rail

Make sure to read the instructions carefully because the voucher you get is NOT a ticket, you still have to convert it online (on the official train website) to get a ticket.

Staff is efficient, friendly and helpful. Good experience with the ride

Excellent service by local staff and easy to travel.

It was a wonderful experience altogether and I would like to avail the service again on my next visit.

Fast and convenient

Fast, convenient and comfortable

Cant change the seat and cant get a QR code ticket from the official site, very complicated

On time, well organised, quick pleasure to travel with

Not very clear all the steps. Website made me repeat info to often

The journey was perfect, the train is very impressive.

The experience was fine but 12Go Asia brought absolutely zero convenience. We still had to make another reservation and go to the office for our tickets. I'll just book directly with the operator next time.

The seat was not reserved for us. We had to wait for an hour and a half to get the reserved seat

Booking the train was super easy and quick. The only information for all those who want to book a train ticket here. The document you get is not a ticket and you have to follow the instructions so that you can get the right ticket for the train. You will also need to collect it at the station before your journey. The train is super comfortable, lots of legroom and there is free Wi-Fi on board.

We booked our roundtrip HSR tickets from Taipei to Taichung (and back again) through 12go and it was super easy and convenient. Everything went smoothly with no pain points and Taiwan’s HSR system is fast, efficient, and a joy to ride.

Great way to travel, remember you have to convert your ticket first, the QR code won’t get you in. Staff were helpful at the train station

Efficient, onetime, clean and very comfortable 👌

HSR in Taiwan state of the art train service and the Main Taipei station was just 5 minutes walk from our hotel .We enjoyed the ride which was very smooth

On time and good free wi-fi. Booking process efficent even with the multi stage seat confirmation process. Then a great link from Taoyuan HSR to the airport

So many problem when I come to station. The officer don’t let us use the voucher until we come 4 people. And it need passport get tickets too. It kind of strange? We travel in country anyway?

Very nice. Keep it up.

Everything excellent, except the very unclear explanation on how to get the actual ticket with seating

Great.. easy to redeem No problem at all Thanks 12go

It took me a long time to get the reservation confirmation. The information on the web site was not very clear.

Had a good trip to Tainan, it tool only a long time to get the boarding ticket at the station.

I'm foreigner in Taiwan, so my tickets were valid. My gf is Taiwanese, her tickets were not valid. We lost $100.. You should communicate it more clear on top that this page is only for travellers and not for local people. I've overlooked it. Maybe mark it red for better visibility

Great Service

Thank you great service

Great trip. Great Service

Great service, spacious, on time. Excellent value.

Everything went smooth. We exchanged the voucher the day before travel & only waited minutes in the line up to do this. I checked the price directly with the HSR & it was the same as that offered by 12go.asia. The online booking process was quick & easy & we had reserved seats. I’ll use 12go.asia again!

Very easy to exchange the voucher into the ticket - no lines in the middle of a work day and I went the day before I wanted to travel. When exchanging I could still pick a new time and date, and they asked if I wanted to reserve a seat, which I did. Train journey was great and all signs in English, so you don’t have to worry about not understanding. It seems though that by booking through 12go Asia I did not book a specific ticket to go on this specific train, as at the ticket counter I could still change the date and the time. This was not clear from the 12go Asia site - they make it appear as if you book a specific train (like when you book a train in Europe). The only thing you basically do is get a voucher to get a train ticket. I’m not sure what the added value is of 12go Asia here if they don’t reserve anything for you. Next time I will probably just buy at the ticket counter at the Taipei Station.

Great, fast, clean train. We did not have a reserved seat, that would have made it 5*. We could sit though, but no idea how te reserve a dedicated seat on 12go.asia.

Very good

Great trip

good

good and no hassle

Clean train, very fast and smooth journey

Trıp was good. Personnel was helpful. One comment: It takes long time to wait in ticketing lines to exchange the voucher for a ticket. Also, the personnel cannot easily locate the reservation number on the voucher : If you cannot come up with a common format so that the MSRT personal will be instantly familiar, at least you can have the code printed in big size at the top of the voucher to attract the attention. Thanks.

Very punctual and tourist friendly.

The fast train was fast and efficient. Well done!

Staffs at counter were very friendly and helpful
