SkyBus

12GO is a great way to book the airport bus. The website is easy to use and the instructions provided after booking were excellent - especially appreciated the google coordinates for the bus stop. It would be good to note that the bus stop is at street level - don't go up the ramp. Luckily our grab driver knew this. One hour before is far too early to turn up for the bus. There are no staff around to speak to and you find yourself in a hot, sweaty, concrete covered tunnel full of diesel fumes. The bus doesn't arrive until 15 mins before, and the door remains shut with no sign of a driver until a couple of minutes before it leaves. You load your own luggage, show your pass, and get on. Ten minutes before is plenty. The journey was quick and comfortable. The food at the bus arrival point at terminal KLIA-1 is fabulous - all the airline staff eat there.

👍 and 👍 and 👍

Good experience..easy

It was a new bus and very clean, I traveled very comfortably and pleasantly.

Great experience! The bus was on time, the seats were large and comfortable, AC was working

Smooth ride

The bus facility for the trip from KL to Malacca and vice versa is good! But the services for Sky Bus from KL Sentral to KLIA is not so good.

Bus right on time, no problems at all
