Pamukkale Turizm

Ice cream, tea and cookies were served

No toilet on the bus and it arrived in Selcuk over two hours late, after 2am. The good thing was that the cabin attendant provided very good service and he was helpful, even if his English was extremely limited

The bus attendant worked hard to make sure all passengers were comfortable and well served. He was very pleasant and kind. Also I did not expect the food/drink service which was very nice. Most importantly, the bus departed on time, and arrived at destination a few minutes early! Clean vehicle, comfortable seats, professionally run company.

A pleasant trip. Buying ticket was easy.

I had a great experience. The bus was very comfortable, with very wide seats and individuale TV screens, but you need to bring your own earplugs. We had one stop for 25min, to have something to eat (there was a good canteen) and to use WC. Also during our trup we were offered some refreshments such as jus, soda and tea, like on a plane. We came 10 min later, due to the weather condition (was heavy rain). Excellent service! Im going back only with the same company!

Comfortable service with punctual departure and arrival, no doubt it's a ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ company

the trip was comfortable

Perfekt driver good service

Late arriving in Denizli and late arriving in Antalya. No drinks or snacks offered on board. Altogether a disappointing journey.

Once in the bus got to us the bus was great. Was 2 hours late though due to a “breakdown”

Very convenient and on time and great driver

Perfect ride for decent money, fast and comfortable. We even got ice-cream and a very tidy bus with polite crew! Tessekürler!

Good

The person serving drinks inside the bus was super kind. We are not Turkish and it was our first time experiencing buses in Turkey. He helped us finding our destination and since it was a night bus paid real attention not to wake my friend up when he was sleeping.

Had a great trip. The service was excellent. No English, yet with a little effort from both sides the attendant tried to communicate and accommodate. Thank you!

A bit to hot

Excellent service, comfortable seats, overall good experience.

The bus was late, which impacted our rental in Izmir and our drive to Bodrum. The curtain did not close completely across and so I could not block out the afternoon sun. The service did not collect the litter in a timely manner.

My family and I enjoyed the trip. Our seats were comfortable and close to each other. We don’t speak Turkish but we managed to communicate with the bus attendant.

Booking was simple and straight forward.

Everything was perfect, but the WLAN don't work for foreigners. That's a big problem.

Comfortable seat, drink service, TV screen. Staffs are not able to speak English at all.

Bus was on time and comfortable. They even offered coffee, tea and snacks! Great service- the staff are very professional.

The trip was.fine, bus was comfortable, the only issue is the only announcements are in Turkish so you are unsure how long the bus is stopping for. One time I was wondering if I should get off to use the bathroom and the bus left within two minutes. The next time I was unsure whether or not to get off and it was stopped 20 minutes. I asked the bus staff but they just said yes yes and walked away. Other than the language barrier the trip was great. Comfortable, well priced, hot and cold beverages and snacks offered on board. Very good trip as far as buses go.

The bus was comfortable, had plenty of stops to use the bathroom and to get something to eat, service on the bus with drinks and snacks was great. A very comfortable and enjoyable trip

Good journey very good driver felt safe

Nice bus, and professional

I was able to book the bus tickets I needed easily and all went very smoothly
