Amazing views and lovely staff

I booked the wrong date and was not allowed to change the date, sadly for us we were not even in the country when our Journey was to commence. Please note we will never use your services again, there is no phone for your company to call and not sure if I’m dealing with AI or a person, this experience has left a very bitter taste in my mouth. Regards John little

Best way to travel from Christchurch to Picton and feel relaxed when you arrive, specially if you have been doing a lot of driving as we had. the staff were fantastic, all the way from the check in counter and onboard service. Look forward to doing the Christchurch to Graymount next year.

Great service with the staff going the extra mile serving and helping people with walking difficulties.
