On time.

On time, reliable but don’t expect comfort. Tidiness, punctuality. Comfort: the seats were abysmal, barely comfortable and impossible to sleep in for more than 10 minutes at a time before having to adjust your posture.

Upon arrival at Veliko, before we got off the bus the luggage doors were already closed! Had to wait. We did not like the luggage doors opened and closed before we could even get off the bus! What the hell? So we had to wait for the next bus departure for the open doors. And then grab our bag while others were loading theirs.

Courtesy from your driver , very smooth pleasant journey. No toilet !

Very pleasant ride. The trip was very nice. Although is such a long trip- 6 hours - I would suggest to put some energy plugs so we could charge our phones and watch our own video - because the movie they show at the bus television is in Bulgarian language and no translation. The driver was very careful and it was very safe. General evaluation: very good!!!! Tv just in Bulgarian - no subtitles in English No energy plugs for mobile phone.

Get by bus automatically gave us 3 ticket - 3 separated places but we were traveling with child 3y.o. Small distance between seats.

The female controller did not allow me to sit with my girlfriend, although the seat next to her was free.

Evriting is ok.

Bus left and arrived on time. Seats are comfortable. Wifi did NOT work. And aircon was too hot. Timing. Wifi not working. Aircon too hot.

All was great, but operator’s employees on the hotline do not speak English

Clean bus New facilities. It was too hot inside.

I travel on this bus at least 2-3 times a year and it’s always been reliable and pleasant. Drivers are always helpful.

the road was not so good.

It was an incredible ride! It was very comfortable. It has WIFI connection. You can plug your electronic devices. You can watch some movies. Nothing. I liked everything.

Driver a bit unfriendly. Transfer very good.

Paid higher price for the facilities advertised but were not available. Easy to book. No drinks on board for 6 hour journey but did stop off for toilet break which cost $1 to use Toilet kept locked on bus only crew could use Allocated a seat next to someone when there were empty rows.

No toilet service! Very nice bus. Comfortable. The toilet was locked and could not be used. Not everyone can handle 2-3 hrs. of travel without a stop.
