Autotrans by Arriva

Great trip, good air-conditioning, nice scenery on the way.

radnik / vozač ne zna hrvatski ni engleski. ne može objasniti kad kreće autobus i gdje vozi. užasno parkira i okreće autobus. sramotno da se dovodi jadan stranac bez kvalifikacija. nije znao da moramo stati na wc pauzi i skoro otišao bez pola putnika. strašno neugodno nama i njemu sramota kompanije.

Good！. I want to express my gratitude to our driver! He was fantastic, with great driving skills. I really liked how he clearly communicated the break times in English—this was a huge help for a non-local like me. The bus was also clean and on time. My only suggestion is to improve the platform indicators, as 'Plitvice Lakes' was missing from the display screen, making it a bit confusing to find the bus at first. Still, I had a great trip. Thanks again!

Good journey to Zagreb, the driver was nice. The bus was on time, the driver was nice. No USB ports on board, the Croatian music was too loud and just awful to listen to, even with my noise cancelling earbuds I could still hear it.

Just ride fromnLabin to Zagreb to catch the flight next morning. Nothing special. Tidiness. Not enough time to go to the toilet.

No delay. Drivers are not willing to help passengers. They do not care if all passengers are sitting in their seats, which later leads to problems for passengers who have reserved their seats. I paid for a seat reservation only to end up sitting in a different seat. Very bad experience.

Filipino driver is good.

Vozaci ne govore hrvatski, a engleski im isto nije najbolji.

40min late. I did not like the bus being 40min late arriving to Split. This meant I missed my connection and had to buy another ticket and wait an additional 2 hours, thanks a lot Arriva. I'm sure weather conditions will be used as an excuse but let's be honest, it's because smoking breaks take priority, even when the bus is alreday delayed..

Thank you so much, every time I will travel the date and time are always available.

Upon the return trip from Zagreb to Poreč the bus was 30 minutes late.

There is not a lot of space for legs. The driver had a very hard job maneuvering through the snow and did a great job.

Good trip. Everything was ok,arrived on time.

arrived on time, which is rare on this route. the driver was very kind.

Too long pause.

The bus came late supposed to be the time was 20:30 but 21:00 already he left in the bus station.

Prljave zavjese.

The bus to Mostar was ok,but the bus back to Dubrovnik must have had big problems with the suspensys.

Driver extreme rude. First bus was fine departed on time but the return bus did not turn up so had to purchase tickets for a second return journey. Rudeness of your drivers.

Punctuality. No hands free , driver on his phone numerous times, and that road is very bendy. Made us anxious. Driver’s didn’t seem to care . Unsympathetic when people were on the wrong bus , just stopped and told them to get off.

My neighbour was manspreading a bit! But we managed. Smooth ride, careful driving, helpful with luggage. When we stopped at Karlovac, the driver didn’t say how long the stop was for- sometimes they just pull in, a few people leave and we are off again. Sometimes it’s a five or ten minute stop, perfect for a toilet break. Usyally they announce this. So I asked “5 minutes?” He said “No, 2 minutes” so I sat down again and crossed my legs rather than be left behind, and then it was at least 10 minutes! ( I made it to Zagreb without incident by the way…).

The timeliness of departure is excellent. Pit stops are timely, which is great as you need them. The drivers are friendly and accommodating. As there are 2 drivers, they tend to use seats paid for by passengers, which is a bit rude. On 2 trips that I have used Arriva, passengers were asked to find a seat elsewhere. These seats are usually in the front and the drivers take up 2 seats on both sides, so that's 4 seats in total. They use the seats for their belongings. The seats can become quite uncomfortable after a couple of hours and I suppose the pit stops help with that.

Bus was clean, left on time.

Professional organisation.

I got my seat - and the bus wasn't crowded. The bus was 20 minutes late in Split and 30 minutes late, when we arrived in Makarska.

Unprofessional. The bus arrived on time but left 40 minutes late with no explanation. The journey also took 20 minutes longer than it should have. Altogether an extra 60 minutes on a 30 minute journey.

Bus was 30 minutes late in arriving in Trogir and after encountering roadworks on route to Split was 1 hour late in arriving at Split bus station.

Only the delay in the evening, which is not communicated to us is a bit poor. More than 30 min delay makes a tourist a bit nervous about the coming bus. So maybe, you use SMS for informations it would be helpful to just send a message: be calm, bus has delay due to heavy traffic..or whatelse.. that would help.

Forsinkelse.

Holiday adventure. The buses were on time good driver comfortable seats and very pleasant journey.

Paying to have bags in the bus locker.

Very late!

Bus was 40 minutes late - both ways! The bus was comfortable and the driver was safe. The bus was late by 40 minutes in both directions. I didn’t receive an email or text about this.

Trogir to Sibenik. Air con coach with good luggage space and careful driver. Service delay 20’ Arriva arrivals/departures not displayed on Trogir coach schedule Chaotic loading procedures as a result.

Great service. No Arriva service on bus station display board. Makes correct boarding chaotic. This needs corrected on Croatia urgently.

The bus was 15 minutes late. The seats on the bus were uncomfortable; on the two that were free, the backrests would not go up. The driver and the conductor were polite and professional — many thanks to them. The ticket price is higher than at the station.

Late 30 mins. Had to stand next to a man with a gun. The man with the gun.

Very late.

Look for another option. We got to our destination. We had assigned seats but ended up standing. The bus was oversold. We had to pay for luggage but weren’t told in advance.

Driver only arrived at the bus when it was due to leave and it then took him 10 minutes to loads us - so we were 10 minutes late. Really must allow enough time for loading.

That in Croatia I was booking ride at 17 h, and that gott your e- mail confirmation that my ride is at 5 o’clock. I was shocked and trued to reach you to complain, but when I looked again you send information that it was 5 PM. For us costumers it’s important to use the same time notification that is in booking you make.

The trip was pleasant, the driver from Dubrovnik was professional, very nice and attentive. The drivers partner appeared to be angry and irritated…had a negative attitude.

So much fun. Ride the bus.

Pula. The buses were on time and the driver was helpful and safe.

Wifi and charging. Bus was late by 40 minutes. The bus driver started the bus while people were standing and then braked and she feel over. The driver didn't even stop or check she was ok.

Bus was on time. Boarding was well organized. There was confusion about sitting in the assigned seats or not. 50% did it one way, the rest the other way, which caused a bit of chaos.

Affordable and comfortable ride. Clean and clear windows. No seat numbers assigned. Our group of 6 seniors were at the mercy of others who were onboard before us.

Comfortable ride, timely departure and arrival. used napkins and chewing gum was deposited/dropped by passengers.
