Avantages des Voyages en Bus
- Le bus est le meilleur choix pour se rendre vers des destinations qui ne sont pas desservies par le rail ou l'avion. Le réseau de bus couvre souvent la quasi-totalité du pays, et les itinéraires sont bien établis depuis longtemps.
- Contrairement à l'avion et parfois au train, prendre le bus ne nécessite pas d'arriver à la gare routière longtemps à l'avance. L'enregistrement, même sur les lignes internationales, ne prend que peu de temps. Le nombre de bagages inclus dans le prix de base est généralement très favorable aux voyageurs, et les frais pour les bagages supplémentaires, s’il y a une limite, ne sont généralement pas très élevés.
- Les billets de bus sont souvent plus abordables que les billets d'avion ou de train rapide. Il y a un large choix de classe de billet, et des options pour toutes les bourses. Les options standard, les moins chères, sont souvent un peu lentes et n’offre pas un confort maximal, mais elles sont quand même acceptables et vous amènent à destination. Sur les trajets plus longs, les toilettes ou les arrêts sur les aires de repos ainsi que les snacks, les rafraichissements et parfois les articles de toilette et les couvertures sont presque toujours inclus dans le tarif.

Inconvénients des Voyages en Bus
- Les terminaux d'autobus interurbains les plus récents sont très souvent situés en dehors de la ville, à proximité des grandes autoroutes, afin de permettre aux autobus d'éviter les embouteillages urbains. Malheureusement, cela peut aussi créer des difficultés pour les voyageurs. Se rendre à ce type de terminal peut être un problème, car pour certaines destinations, il existe des restrictions sur les véhicules autorisés à entrer dans le terminal, et vous devrez utiliser les transporteurs autorisés pour vous y rendre. Cela entraîne des coûts supplémentaires, car les tarifs peuvent être gonflés. Prévoyez également du temps supplémentaire si vous partez aux heures de pointe, surtout si vous n'êtes pas familier avec la situation du trafic routier à votre point de départ.
- Le bus est probablement le moyen de transport qui connaît le plus de retards si on le compare au train ou à l’avion. Anonymous Le chauffeur était rude. Certaines chaises étaient cassées, la personne devant moi me cognait les jambes. Le chauffeur était rude et davantage méprisant quand il a vu que nous étions des touristes, de quoi ne plus vouloir revenir. Il a voulu me faire payer un supplément de frais pour les bagages alors qu’il avait déjà été payé, il était prêt à me faire sortir du bus.

Suliana MNon seulement le bus est parti en retard mais les chauffeurs étaient très impolis et ne parlaient pas anglais. Ils se sont arrêtés deux fois de Split à Zagreb pour une pause cigarette. 30 minutes à chaque fois, ce qui fait que nous sommes arrivés à Zagreb avec 2 heures de retard. Très déçu car j'ai raté mon bus de correspondance.
Nous aurions été à l'heure s'ils n'avaient pas été paresseux mais s'en étaient tenus à l'horaire du bus. C'est bien d'avoir une pause cigarette de 10 minutes mais pas une pause d'une heure au total alors que nous avons payé pour un trajet en bus qui ne nous amène à notre destination que 2 heures plus tard.

Anonymous Le chauffeur était très gentil et bon conducteur malheureusement le bus est mal fréquenté. Le chauffeur était très gentil et ma aidé les 2 x où des personnes ont du des comportements déplacés. Le bus était confortable La conduite était parfaite. Le bus est très mal fréquenté , un homme saoul et sale c assis à côté de moi , le chauffeur du bus là heureusement sorti du bus. Malheureusement par la suite un autre c mit à côté de moi , celui ci ma touché et ma fais des réflexions déplacer. Le chauffeur du bus a encore une fois été là mais je sors de cette expérience traumatisé et ne reprendrait plus jamais de transport de ce type.

Anonymous Dissapointment. Cleaness, arriving at time, foreign bus driver's kindness. 1. When I was buying a ticket first it was one price and when I wanted to purchase it was higher! I felt so deceived. 2. When I handed my suitcase to the bus driver he charged me my small suitcase! Evendo I payed my ticket already in advance online. I felt deceived again because other companies do not charge this at all. 3. Comparing to other bus companies Traveling.com is much more expensive. So, I will try to travel with it as little as possible.

I was not able to find the correct coach in spite of showing my QR cods to at lesst 6 so ended up having to buy another ticket to take a public bus which enddd up 20 minutes from my destination.

Anonymous Bus je kasnio gotovo sat vremena od planiranog; vozac ne govori hrvatski. Urednost autobusa. Ne poštivanje voznog reda; komunikacija sa vozačem na isključivo engleskom jeziku u hrvatskoj nije prihvatljiva budući osim turista ima i naših ljudi. Kolega koji je kontrolirao karte se nije uključio niti u skupljanje kofera, naplatu ta prijevoz kofera niti u obavijestavanje putnika o pauzi. Može i bolje.

Anonymous It is not COVID restriction time anymore. Please, for the sake of comfort of all passengers, open up the toilets on the buses. I often travel from Zagreb to Pula and the bathroom is either locked or it is broken and therefore locked. This is especially an imperative for older passengers, such as myself; and, it would be most reassuring to know that one does not have to practice deep breathing exercises before reaching a rest stop. The Zagreb to Pula route has only one or two rest stops at the most. That is fine for the 3 hour and 20 minute journey, but not for the 5 hour trek. I suspect that the bus companies are trying to cut corners, so as to not incur the modest expense of maintaining the toilets. Shameful. However, my driver on the Nomago 12:25 pm September 28th journey from Zagreb to Pula was courteous, competent and not at all like the usual nicotine-addicted, surly and rude Croatian drivers; those who also love to play bad Croatian music very loud on the speakers. Right guess: he was a foreign worker.

Anonymous I had booked two tickets online the day before and was sent an e-ticket with a QR code on it. When I got onto the bus, the driver would not accept it and said he only accepted a paper ticket. I had to then buy two more tickets directly from him. These tickets were much cheaper than the ones I had bought online. I had wasted around 20 euros buying two online tickets that couldn’t be used.

Anonymous I should just have flown. Look, it was fine. The bus was clean, there was aircon (which made a nice change from the majority of the trains) and the driver seemed safe. It got the job done. The seats are incredibly cramped and I wasn't even able to open a laptop on my lap. I'd hoped to work while on the trip but it wasn't possible with the depth between seats. I also booked this option from the site because it was a shorter ride than some of the other buses to this destination. Unfortunately it took nearly double the time stated due to traffic. I realise this ain't the fault of the bus or company, but it would have been nice to have realistic expectations of the duration of this journey to better decide between the bus or plane.

Anonymous To He'll and Back. Nothing. Going on a bus trip for 4 to 5 hours is akin to going into combat. When was the last time the shock absorbers were checked on these busses? The intervals between rest stops are too short, and often the bus driver takes off without checking If everyone is back aboard. Blow the damn horn. Yes, it is right there in the middle of the steering wheel. Duh. Everything. Once again, and for more times than I can remember, please tell the drivers to turn off the music blaring over the loudspeakers above every passenger's head. If they need to listen to this noise, to keep awake, then they can do so at a moderate volume near them as they drive. For many years, I have had to endure the worse yodeling, off key belting, third-rate rock anthems and other assorted cacophony associated with what is loosely called "music" in this country. Sometimes, I imagine all of you sitting around a table reading complaints and laughing at how upset customers are, all the while knowing nothing will change. We know you don't care. However, since you asked, why are the toilets always locked in the bus? The COVID restrictions have long since passed. Open them up!

Anna Rude driver screeming to all, huge delays. Rude driver took time to scream at almost all the passengers while verifying tickets, arrived at the origin 10 minutes late, but arrived to the destination 50 minutes late. (Out of 2h drive, without traffic) All due to his waist of time screaming at people and creating agressiveness in a what is supposed to be a normal and smooth situation. Many people lost their flights.

Anonymous Mayhem. We arrived at our destination safely and on time. Our Nomago bus did not arrive at gate 4 at departure time as per our ticket details and there was no one on the stop to assist. An Arriva bus did arrive at gate 28 adjacent to our gate and the non English speaking driver acknowledged and confirmed our tickets as my wife boarded. There were twice as many passengers queuing to board as could be accommodated and I was not able to stow our luggage and board as the driver was overwhelmed by passengers trying to get on. He filled the bus and closed the door while not acknowledging my wife gesturing him to myself standing at the door with our luggage. The driver prepared himself to leave while my wife and myself and several other boarded passengers protested and finally he got off and opened the cargo doors for me to stow our bags and board. Mayhem! Also, other passengers who purchased tickets that morning were charged a tenth of the price we paid for our pre booked fare.

Anonymous Very rude bus driver. The journey from Trieste (Italy) to Poreč (Croatia) with the Brioni bus company is pretty fast. Today (2 June 2024) I've taken the Brioni Bus from Trieste to Poreč as I already have many times in the past, but this time there was a bus driver I have never seen before. He was very rude not just to me but to some other passengers as well. When I arrived at the station I greeted him and told him I was going to Poreč (I had to repeat it twice). He didn't say hello at all and said: "and, should I guess who you are?" That's very inappropriate behavior, I was just about to show him my ticket. And then at 11:00 he starts the engine to leave the station, makes a few meters and stops because there were 2 passengers who came late and we're waiving. The 2 passengers entered the bus and apologized as they had trouble finding the bus to which he replied: "the bus departure is at 11:00 and it's always from here! He yelled at them "stop, stop", "out, out"! Again, very rude and aggressive behavior. He eventually went out the bus with them to put their luggage and let them on the bus to travel to Croatia. I don't know the driver's name (an older man with longer gray hair at the back and bald at the top, he's wearing glasses), but he's been very unprofessional and bad-mannered. I forgot to tick the checkbox for reviewing while at checkout, that's why I'm writing a review here.

Anonymous Wonderful Driver. Driver kept a lookout for myself and my elderly friend to ensure we were back on the bus at stops. I left my mobile on the bus and the company arranged for it to be dropped off at the bus stop where i was on the return journey with another driver. Anonymous Driver was super rude & hates his job. Take flixbus because they are cheaper and faster. There was no part of the experience that I liked. The driver was rude and yelled at me for sitting at the front seat. Made me move so a Croatian guy can sit there in the same seat. You charge for luggage and that is ridiculous.
