Prise en charge à l’heure. 1er stop à Lombok, puis direction Padang Bai. Je déconseille l’horaire que j’ai choisi celui de 12h30 car la mer était déchaînée, privilégiez les traversées du matin. Le bâteau avait une forte odeur d’essence et la ventilation/climatisation était plus bruyante qu’efficace. Les bagages sont bien pris en charge est sont bâchés sous des toiles. J’avais réservé un transfert en van jusqu’à Ubud ensuite et la prise en charge est efficace. A la sortie du port, vous êtes directement dirigés vers votre conducteur.

Everything was gut with the boat and we arrived in Bali on time. In Bali there is a lot of people trying to convince you that the van/Bus has a lot of delay or will use a longer way to the destination just to make you buy a new ticket for a faster taxi. They are all together organized. Don’t give up and don’t take a Gran for 650k but wait insead, after 15 minutes discussion they will bring you on time at the destination!

The booking was easy but thennonsupport. I didn't get any information where my van will wait in Padang bai. Also I write you no reply. I need to look my self for the van till some workers in Padang tell me. The van take off only at 14:00 also my booking show all trip to Ubud arrive at 12:30

It's not so easy to find the bus transfer. It could be better if the agent stay in front of the harbour boardwalk to facilitate the passengers.
