Gilles LTrès bien dans l'ensemble. Malheureusement on est tombé en panne avec le car mais la réaction a été rapide avec l'envoi de van pour nous emmener directement à destination. Au final on est même arrivé avant l'heure prévu.

Eilen PWe were a bit before one hour and got on an early ferry but bus was not early so needed to wait quite long. The bus was so loud and the driver was singing the whole way. Was dropped off by the road not all the way to the hotel, was not too far to walk.

Johann Cthe trip was very well organized, didnt have to wait long for transfers. only thing that was shitty was the busstop after like 10mins where they told us to buy something, the shop was very overprized and cooperates with the phantip travel organization to maximize the costs

Rowena PThe trip was great and on time. I enjoyed it.However it was very difficult to find the Phantip office and then to get from there to the ferry. If the taxi driver did not wait for me I would not have been able to get to the pier with my luggage. It is difficult for a 72 year old. Thete should be an office at the pier or else transport to the pier

Manon DTransfers went smoothly. Seatran ferry very comfortable, as usual. Bus to Krabi average comfortable, on a trip of 3 h a little stop of 10 minutes halfway to use bathroom would have been appreciated.
