Changement de bus 2h avant car il y a eu un accident avec le bus vip , nous avons fini en bus général et nous avons payer en plus une navette alors qu’elle devait être comprise dans notre voyage

Le premier bus était sympa mais avec 40 minutes de retard. Le chauffeur nous a donné de l'eau et une collation. Mais lorsque vous étiez censé changer pour un van à 6h du matin, on vous a piégé dans une chambre et vous avez dû payer un supplément pour prendre un autre van, sinon vous auriez dû attendre 2 heures. Je suppose qu'il s'agit d'une autre compagnie que 12go. Ensuite, vous avez dû réserver le voyage de Khao Sok à l'endroit où vous alliez ensuite pour un prix exorbitant. N'achetez pas de voyages avec la compagnie qui vous fait entrer dans une petite chambre quand vous descendez du bus ! Le van que l'on nous a fait réserver n'est pas non plus venu nous chercher à Khao Sok !

The first bus was nice but 40 min late. Driver gave us water and snack. But when you were supposed to change to a van at 6am, you were tricked into a room and had to pay extra to take another van, otherwise you would have to wait 2 hours. I suppose this is another company not 12go. Then you also had to book the trip from Khao Sok to where you were going next for a overprice. Don't buy trips with the company that tricks you into a small room when you get of the bus! overpriced and rude people . Our van that we were tricked into booking also didn't come to pick us up in khao sok!

The touroperator was good and helpful. Their van was comfortable and the communication was great. They mailed the train tickets which weren't in the 12go pdf.
The train was uncomfortable. We couldn't get any sleep at all.

We got some food and a water Bottle. I never had this before. The bus was comfortable with a small TV at each seat. We did a stop at a 7 Eleven. At the changing point from the one to the other bus, u could buy food and drinks. We arrived 1 and a half our later, but the driver, drove really safe. I would do it again

The journey was overall very good. The journey was split up into 2 legs the first coach was excellent and incredibly comfortable. The second part of the journey less so but this a shorter leg only around 1 hour.

Travel from Hua Hin to Khao Sok. The description didn't say anything about a transfer, but after 7 hours of night travel south we had a 1.5 hour transfer and waiting for a small bus, where we still had 3 hours to go, and the bus itself was very uncomfortable with little space.
