Sergei MMy trip was horrible. The first bus was okay. One could have traveled all the way to Phuket in a good mood. But then they transferred us to a small bus to Surat Thani. Why would you even make a connection? They don't write that on the ticket on the 12go website. This is terrible. The worst thing about the bus was that the seats didn't recline, and there are very small distances between them for European people. That means the company doesn't care about them. After the trip Everything from my legs to my neck hurt.
The driver was very unpleasant to deal with. I wanted to sit up front to avoid the discomfort of seats sized for children, but he just waved me off. Very unpleasant man.
He also came and picked up some parcels about 10 times and put one of them on the front seat, the only seat on the bus that reclines!!!! BOX SEAT.
He also stopped to eat near below average stores. The food selection was poor, the store was just a high street store with chips and cookies.
I do not recommend anyone to ride with this company. If even no one else is there - walk to Phuket.
