Alexa GWe arrived very early from the ride before and needed to change the time. This was no problem because we easily could upgrade to a private car for just 1,50 USD per person. The communication was very easy and friendly.

Ntanilo KHalf hour late on pick up to Hoi An. I was waiting at the street where the meeting point was.No problem on return to Da Nang. Communication with the booking site April tourist was great. They answered instantly and their English was excellent
