The ferry ride was great, it was a little confusing not having my ticket prior to arriving to the ferry, so I felt rushed to make it on time. Other than that, everything was great, it was a nice ride to and from the island and moved with efficiency. As far as on the island, I rented a golf cart and that was a reasonable price considering I had it for all day or for however long I wanted up until 7pm. The food was great, we ate at this place called guacamole and the people were super friendly, the service was fast, and the portions were generous. My biggest complaint about the island was all the vendors. They were honestly annoying as fuck. They would come up to you and ask you to come check out their store and after even saying no multiple times they would try to bride you with “deals”. They were in my face and didn’t give me a relaxing day. One guy tried selling me a painting with my sports team’s logo and the lines in the logo weren’t even fucking straight and he wanted $80 USD. He tried negotiating with me and I wanted to know him the fuck out with his terrible offers. The painting might’ve been worth $15 USD. Not to mention I probably could’ve got my 8th grade sister to make me something better seems how she can keep it inside the lines. Another guy was generous enough to tell us he knew us from our resort and give us a whole backstory about his shop. Being a good person and trusting that he actually knew us, I decided to check out his shop and give him some sales. He told us seems how we were from the resort he worked at that he would give us a deal of almost 100% off. With him being so nice, I decided to buy a few souvenirs from him. He then proceeded to scam us and overcharge us. He charged us $80 USD for 3 magnets and a shot glass and claimed that they were handmade. Keep in mind, the rest of the island was selling 4 magnets for 100 pesos. I even asked for an authentication receipt proving that they were handmade and he gave me his selling license like a total dipshit, thinking I didn’t know the difference. I asked for a refund, and I would return the items, as I didn’t want to spend that kind of money for what I was getting and he said there was no resale on the items and I had to keep them and I had lost my $80. I confronted the bastard about scamming, and he said he was just doing his job. He definitely lied to get me into his store and make me think we were “friends” from our resort and then scammed me. Just a shit person thing to do especially when people are on vacation and are nice enough to check out your store. All the other vendors weren’t any better. Just annoying and made shopping on the island miserable. Overall experience was decent, but this day made me ready to go back home and never come back to Mexico.

The Ferry was Perfect, on time and clean.

Vessel was clean and staff helpful and friendly, Ticket price a little lesser than if purchased directly from Ultramar or from the resort we stayed in. But when there was a promotion, the tickets we purchased at resort were cheaper.

Super easy and convenient. Print out tickets in advance to avoid the line. The ferry is very comfortable and the downstairs is air conditioned. Arrive 30 minutes before your departure time as the boarding line can get busy.

Was exactly what was needed. I booked online, they came on time and took me to my place. Perfect. My flight was delayed so I missed the ferry to Isla. So my original taxi wasn't needed. They let me move the trip to the next morning and pick me up from the hotel I then had to stay at. It was really helpful and a smooth process.

Vous recevez un mail avec QR code qu il suffit de scanner sur une borne avant de prendre le bateau. Pas besoin d imprimer. Vous pouvez utiliser votre téléphone.
