Danny WAwful organisation at the office when getting people on busses, I was sent back and forth between 2 busses in the rain about 5 times with them both saying wrong bus until I finally got on one of them. Expect better for the expensive price I paid. Also there was a changeover which was not clearly advertised before. After that however bus was comfortable and changeover was smooth between busses.

Alfonso FWe arrived at the station almost an hour early, and the person at the counter told us our bus was delayed due to road problems and rain. They rebooked us on a bus leaving half an hour earlier than the one we had booked and changed our ticket. When we finally got on the bus—all in the pouring rain because it was an incredible downpour—they told us that wasn't our bus and sent us to another one. When we got to the second one, they told us no, that wasn't it either. We were left waiting for about 15 minutes with all our luggage soaked, and of course, we were also about to miss our bus. Nobody was giving us any alternatives because only those two buses were running, and it was incredibly chaotic. When they finally let us board a bus, which we had to do in a hurry because it was about to leave, we got on completely drenched, and what we thought was going to be a peaceful trip turned into a real ordeal.
We got the back seats, which we think also played a part, since the bus's inertia affects the rear more than the front. The road is terrible, the bus driver was going very fast, and it was completely impossible to rest for more than 10 minutes at a time because he kept swerving and braking suddenly. We were banging against the roof of the bus since we were in the upper cabins.
When we arrived at our stop, which was the airport stop, nobody notified us. Luckily, since we hadn't slept at all, we were able to get out, and when we got off, our suitcases were already loose in the street.
We think there should be some other way of notifying passengers, since if you're in a moderately deep sleep, it's completely impossible to know which stop you're at. So, for my partner and me, the experience was absolutely awful, not only because of the operator's lack of organization but also because of the driver's lack of professionalism.

It was loud and distracting and would not allow for one to relax. Juan AThe trip was perfect, they arrived early, they informed us by mail of the stop change. They assisted us in the office and on arrival and everything was very clear. The bus was comfortable and had massage and USB TV, and on the way they stoped 3 times to go to the bathroom. Sometimes you moved a lot in the cabin, but it's normal being a bus and seeing how the roads are here. I recommend it 100%

Janine PArrived on time. However I don’t enjoy being woken up for the toilet stop. I would suggest telling passengers the approx timings and leave it up to them to wake for the stop. We also hit a big pot hole which was worrying and caused the vehicle to stop.

Dawid KThe main bus was great and looked the same as on the picture, but... first they transported us with smaller bus, about which no one has told us before. The smaller bus was for 13 people, but we have driven in 14... Then suddenly driver said finish and no one knew what was going on. We had to go to G8 Open Tour office and there they said we have to wait 0,5h for another bus. I hate that they give no informations.

Erica BWe were not picked up at the place advertised but had to take a grab to Trang A boat station. The boat station was dark with no one around at 9 pm. The original site we could walk to. Not an ideal start to the journey. They collected us from here in a van and eventually we got onto the big bus to leave at 10.25.

There was water available in the bus, they make a lot of stops to go to the toilet en the bus driver is quit. And moreover the bus was there sooner than expected. So it was an amazing night bus!
