Mateusz MMy experience with Obus was very disappointing.
The bus didn’t arrive on time — it was over 2 hours late, and there was no information provided about the delay. I had to wait on the side of the road with two children, not knowing what was going on. Other bus companies were updating passengers regularly about delays or changes, but Obus provided no communication at all. In the end, I had to take a taxi because I was about to miss my flight. They also refused to refund my money.
