Leanne RPick up was late. Driving was erratic and he must have stopped at least 10 times to pick up packages from someone on the side of the road before dropping them somewhere else. Driver tried leaving us 3km from the scheduled drop off point. We argued with him so he organised another driver from the same company to take us but we had to wait for him to cut his fingernails in the drivers seat before we proceeded with the journey.

Timo LThe Van was too full. My girlfriend and me had to sit in the front next to the driver. We had no space at all and my legs were hurting after the trip.
All the other passengers had the VIP seats that we also have paid for. Overall a very disapointing experience.

Tim CDriver was speeding like hell (Ha Long to Ninh Binh). Felt unsafe. Please take some responsibility for your passengers!! Bus also stoped at random several times to pick up and deliver parcels.
There also were communication problems with the company according to the drop off point.
