Nimisha AWe booked a shared car but the driver asked to get on to a bigger van in the middle of the road. The van driver was very rude and had actual time 2 hours later to drive to hue. We kept going around dropping and picking people in the city of Danang . When we asked us to get down in middle of nowhere. Creating a very unsafe situation. We eventually felt that it will be safer to not be in the van because of the hostile environment.

Jahdal JBus was cancelled on the morning due to low sales. We were offered another time but this was not ideal. The dropoff location was different to the ticket (which may have been because of the revised bus but we were never issued another ticket). Driver was rude when telling us to transfer from the bus to a mini van into the Hue city and physically grabbed our arm to pull us off the bus. We were also unaware there would be a second vehicle.

Shoo NThe limousine bus was super with comfortable seats. But the journey was rough and not smooth. Both myself and my husband felt nausea until we reached outside the town area.

Jem A very professional and comfortable experience from Hoi An to Hue. The company messaged me the night before to let me know about a small change to the departure time, which I really appreciated. Check-in the next morning was easy, and the bus arrived on time.
The journey was extremely comfortable and relaxing. The spacious seats reclined, and the massage function worked perfectly. There was also a toilet stop during the journey, and we arrived in Hue on time.
I highly recommend this company and would happily use them again for future trips!
