Driver drove around Sihanoukville for like 90 minutes picking up people from random stops, or just going to random places for unclear reasons, and was super rude when we asked him what was going on. Eventually got on highway and drove fast which made up some time, but 3 hour trip ended up more like 4:15. Feels like it was probably the company more than the driver causing the problems, he was just doing what he was told. Other passengers were nice tho!

Really good experience! They even waited for me because my ferry was delayed. Good communication via what’s app how to find the vehicle and the van itself was clean, spacious and with AC. Plus we were perfectly on time. Fully recommend!

It left on time and the we felt very safe with the driver. However, we may have got the worst seats in the van. 4 seats down the back were so so cramped, not ideal for a 2.5 hour drive to Phnom Penh. We also didn't stop for a break.

Because of the delayed ferry, half of the bus had to wait 45 minutes for the other half of the passengers, which is why we arrived in Phnom Penh an hour later. For those who were waiting on the bus, this was unfair.

We travellel from Sihanoukville to PhnomPen . We departed on time and arrived on time as well. The driver drove well, the minibus was comfortable, and the air conditioning was working. There was also a stop where we could use the restroom or buy food and water. I recommend it!
