Ruud VDriver arrived some 20 minutes late (2:05 instead of 1:45).
There were massive traffic delays, something the driver cannot do anything about, but he also didn't communicate the plans. At the start we were told a break every 2 hours or so. We stopped once during a 7 hour trip. An update on what we would be doing during the ride would have been nice.
The seats were very small, my knees where touching the seat in front of me at all times, which is uncomfortable for a 7 hour trip. I am not very tall.

Elettra SThe trip took much longer than expected due to heavy traffic, and the driver didn't speak English, which made it hard to understand the drop-off points and their order once we arrived in Penang. Still, it's a convenient way to get around—just be prepared for possible delays.
