Anton NThe bus driver twice changed pickup point on 500m away and then 1.5km away. I had to take taxi. After I took a taxi he wanted to change the pickup point one more time.

Naomi GI booked a pick-up at 8 am, but i received a message at 8 am that pick-up was at 9.30 AM. So I arrivered much later than planned. It would’be been better if i was informed earlier.

Mara SJust, no. You can’t text me at 5:30 saying u pick me up at 8 instead of 9. My alarm was at 7:45 (to have time for breakfast and packing) u can imagine the rest. The booking said pick up from Canggu. I was in the car for more than 4 hours driving through entire Bali (Ubut etc) picking up people until the car was claustrophobically full (the car had high seilings tho luckily which saved me here.). No possibility to pee. And the driver was STILL in a mad rush- sometimes I feared for my safety (ended up safe and the driver was nice I don’t want to bash him just the companie‘s time planning) Just to then get on my boat and arrive 2 hours later than said in the booking. So 3 hours longer and ridiculous amount of drive, bladder pain and hunger.
