The customer can bring their dog but they have to leave their dog undercarriage with a cage.

• IMPORTANT: DEPARTING FROM HANOI - YOU HAVE TO EXCHANGE FOR TICKETS (WITH BAR CODE) BEFORE GETTING TO TRAIN. DEPARTING FROM OTHER STATIONS - PLEASE TAKE VOUCHER TO THE COACH FOR BOARDING AND TO RECEIVE YOUR TICKETS.
• Violette operates luxury private train cars with 4 berth cabins. One can expect to enjoy a cleaner, calmer and more comfortable trip.
• Between Hanoi and Lao Cai Violette, Sapaly and Fanxipan Express have equal reputations for their service and identical prices so if your berth on Violette is unavailable we will switch you at no charge to one of them. For all other routes Violette, Lotus and Livitrans have equal reputations for service and equal prices so if your is unavailable we will switch you to Livitrans or Lotus.
• Please be at the station ONE HOUR before departure for check-in procedure
• Please note that service at small stations may be not up to your expectation, and please come directly to gate/train car mentioned in the voucher and show to staff of the private train company
