The waiting time in between every transport was unreasonable. From Vang Vieng pick up to Vang Vieng station we waited for a quite a while. Then in Vientiane, I was brought to the station while the rest of the group got to wait in an office with facilities. I waited in the station for 4 hours. Then the bus was sharing a small bed with a stranger, and no overhead space, so all felt really cramped. Then arriving in Pakse, nobody had any information. Had to ask around. After 5-10 min a van picked me up. It was completely full so some seats in between the actual seats were put up, giving little to no stabilisation. The next van from Don Det to the boarder was better. Then crossing the boarder we had to ask around again, which was easy, but there was no information in advance, and by then, the time schedule suggested by 12Go was already way off. Finally arrived in Siem Reap over three hours past original time, not due to any traffic as suggested by the web site, but due to poor logistics and way too long waiting time in between transports. Could have left Vang Vieng way later than what I did.
