It was an easy pickup from my hotel and a fast drive to the harbor. I wish the operator had communicated with me to let me know that I was being picked up from my hotel. I ordered a Grab the night before to take me to the transfer station and had to cancel it in the morning when the tour driver texted me the pick up time. It was quite confusing.

We used the transport from Ubud to Padong Bai with "Bali Triptop", and it was really great! Punctual &safe driving style ! Our driver, Wayan was super friendly, we hat nice talks, he ensured we are all comfortable and helped also to get our ferry tickets. 100% recommendable!!

Good overall. Communication wasn't the best but driver arrived promptly and was polite and drove well. Bit of a thing going on with the ferry "ticket agents" at Gilimanuk Harbour but as long as you don't let them rip you off it works really well. Would use them again.
