Very smooth ride. You can choose 3 drop-off points while booking, we chose Mt. Fuji Station. Easy to find the bus at the Tokyo Station bus terminal (take the main Yaesu exit and go right). The driver was punctual and friendly, the bus comfortable.

Good global experience. Just be aware of potential delays for your arrival time. We went by bus from Tokyo to Fujikawaguchiko and we faced 40 min extra time.

We left on time from the station. You need to get to the 5th floor of the building to get to bus. I’m removing a star because we were 40min late at arrival at kawaguchiko, and since we were placed at 01 on the bus, we had the bus’s heater right under us which made the trip super hot and not very confortable if you’re trying to sleep. Otherwise, great views of Japan.

The service was good, but it was really difficult to find the bus stop. To help those who are going to get the bus: The Excel hotel is inside the Shibuya Market. So, you have to get the elevator to the 5th floor, cross the hotel then you get to the bus stop (its kind of outside the hotel garage).
