You charged us for three tickets on the boat we booked yesterday, even though you knew out child was only 5 months old, and the boat is free for children under 3. C. The ferry is fine. As a tourist, I'd caution that baggage space is highly limited in the lower seating. Either leave your luggage (out of site) on the upper deck, or sit there (if you can). If it's a backpack, you can have it on your lap.

Having a booking reservation with 12go made tickets exchange a breeze. Just follow the arrive 2 hour or more before the scheduled departure to ensure your tickets. Sometimes there are cancelled ferry rides, and the ferries get instantly booked. But evaristo, the ship Co we used, give high regards to 12go.com reservation. Our return ferry ride 10 am was cancelled, and evaristo emailed us the day before our scheduled ride and gave us the option to either take the 6am or 1pm ride. The line at the port was very long, ferry was fully booked. Luckily evaristo honor 12go reservation and provided slots for us. We were there 2 hours before departure. If we came late, our slot will be released to waiting passengera
