Overall experience was average. The seats were comfortable, the bus arrived on time. However, the driver was incredibly rude and rushed during the ride. Even though the drive was 5 h, no 30min mandatory break was taken. Instead, the driver took 2 small breaks for a few minutes and rushed us to go to the toilet. At one point, two people were a few minutes late (no wonder, given we only had 5 minutes) and the driver shouted at them, was extremely disrespectful and even took away their snacks. There was no sign that eating is not allowed and other customers were eating as well! Wouldn’t recommend, there are better companies for the same price
