Delayed trip, unfriendly driver. Cheap ticket. The bus arrived to so called bus station at 13.30 though it was scheduled to depart at 12.40. People had to wait in the open air station with +36c and severe sun all those 50 minutes without any clarity.

The bus was over an hour late. No information given. Driver was very patient with a bus over full with passengers (I don’t think it was his fault). Bus over an hour late! No information or updates!

We travelled from Brela to Split. The bus journey to Split, from Brela was on time and it was easy to book via the website. The bus was pushing an hour late for our return journey. No one at the bus station seemed to know when our 16.55 bus was going to arrive. When it did arrive it was chaotic and people were pushing to get onto the bus. I would look for other options in the future!

Driver took standing passengers. The driver took standing passengers, elderly people. I had to vacate my seat so an elderly woman could sit. So I stood all the way to Brela, which was very dangerous considering the road through the mountains. Not mentioning that it was very uncomfortable.

The bus never arrived. Waited for 40 minutes and bought tickets from an other bus company. That the bus never arrived. No information about delay etc.
