The title of my review is "look to whom you are assigning seats, they are not all the same". Driving security. When the person in charge on the bus is assigning the seats, should look at the passenger. I'm 74 years old and I was given the worst possible seat 32C beside the exit. No way to let my legs rest, like for all other seats. Additionally I was not alone (I could have organised myself to rest my legs) but I was given a companion besides me who was double of my size. Finally I arrived safe but with a pain in my knees and I had to rest all day. For sure if this happens again I will immediately ask to change. I couldn't imagine how awful it was.

All good but the WC has to work on a 12 hour trip. No working WC and info about delays.
