Treat passengers differently. Force payment of fee for small luggage. American man not charged or forced to check in large luggage like I was. .

The overall experience was great except the fact you still have to pay a terminal fee…including this in the online ticket is better. Also a tip to hand-out a QR scanner for faster readout of the tickets during boarding. There is a fastlane for elderly and pregnant people, but it would be fine if there’s a better facility for people in a wheelchair. Businessclass onboard is not accessible for people in a wheelchair for example.

The boat was over in hour late! And you have to pay extra fees like entrance fee for the waiting area and bag fees (would prefer to have this option in the booking instead of there). It was way to warm in this waiting area and the the prices of water/ food was very high compared with the outside prices.
