I booked a ticket the day before only to be told 2 hours before departure that the boat is broken and my ticket is invalid. I did not have the time to reimburse my payment in the ticketing office since I had to purchase another ticket from another ferry leaving in 20 mins so we wouldnt miss our 5PM flight.
