Easy to find pick up spot and in city centre But the should be usb on the bus Don't write that the journey takes 5hours when it takes 8 hours 😠 don't blame circumstances that you can't control, there were no traffic jam or others delays until the last hour, should have taken the flight instead ✈️

I just wish the driver had insisted everyone unload their luggage for customers more clearly: a few others and myself were confused when he stated that we need to take our things meaning take our luggage that had been stowed as well as carryons. Otherwise very comfortable ride with nice seats and good AC. Ride was a bit late but not out of ordinary.

The travelling time was supposed to be 5 Hours and 8 minutes. We took 10 hours to arrive which is double the amount. If you look on google maps and check the route, you can see it is impossible to go to Kuala Lumpur in 5 hours 8 minutes...Of course we didnt check beforegand because you stated a time amd we trust you. My partner gets travel sick when in buses longer then 6-7 hours. This is why we where so happy about the bus. In the end we arrived at 19.00 instead of 14.00 and my girlfriend felt completely sick and had to throw up. And no - this is not due to traffic or any stops...I checked google maps times and It is physically impossible to arrive within your estimated arrival time from Singapore to KL...I am asking for a partial refund as double the amount of travelling time without any heavy traffic jams is really not okay. You need to change the travel time on the bus from SG to KL...

The driver did not know how to drive the bus, grinding all the gears, going too fast over rough road causing an uncomfortable journey. The bus broke down and we had to be transferred to a second bus! The driver stopped at random places with no explanation at all. We arrive in KL 10.5 hours after departure!

I recently took a bus transfer from Singapore to Malaysia with StarMart Express, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The journey was smooth and comfortable, taking approximately four and a half to five hours, which felt very reasonable for the distance. The seats were spacious, well-maintained, and came with reclining and massage functions, making it exceptionally easy to relax throughout the trip. The ride itself was steady, and the overall environment on board was quiet and pleasant. What stood out most was the great service—the staff were professional, organized, and ensured that everything ran efficiently. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and I would definitely recommend StarMart Express to anyone looking for a reliable and comfortable cross-border bus transfer.

Is Singapore more crowded or Kuala Lumpur?

Singapore tends to feel more crowded than Kuala Lumpur, especially in popular areas like Orchard Road and Marina Bay. Both cities offer efficient public transport systems, but Singapore's MRT is known for its punctuality and frequency. For a less crowded experience in Singapore, try visiting attractions early in the morning or on weekdays. In Kuala Lumpur, consider exploring less tourist-heavy neighborhoods and using the city's extensive network of pedestrian walkways to navigate comfortably.
