Changes in the schedule were notified less than 24 hours in advance and we had to pay extra to have a private car half way. Once we arrived at the private car everything went well and the person was really respectful and kind. Before that we were seated in a small van without much explanation and with a guy who doesn't care much about being polite.

The bus drops you off at the border with Thailand and you have to go through the immigration yourself which was a bit chaotic. Once you’re cleared at the immigration you board another Bonsiri branded bus that takes you to the ferry for Koh Chang. At the ferry station you will receive a sticker label with a number on it. This number indicates which taxi you have to go to after you arrive by ferry in Koh Chang. From here the taxi will take you to your hotel. All in all the journey was smooth, although I wish these steps were outlined on the website.

Good but not enough information before crossing the Cambodia/Thai border. You have to change your bus. I had to ask random people, where I can find my bus.

Faster than expected, border crossing was only 45 minutes for both sides and on Thai border we were pivked up immediately.

We traveled from Siem Reap nach Ko Chang. Pick up was at our Hotel on time. Unfortunately we had quite some old car and no the booked new glassfloor van. At least in Kambodscha this was true. That’s why we ‚only’ rated 4*. In Thailand everything was fine. You need to cross the border on foot. Expect 2h at least during custom/boarder checking. The process is anyhow very well organized/supported by 12go. Overall this service is to be recommended. Thumbs up. 👍
