The vans are ok but not very comfortable as men usually have large shoulders and the seats are a bit narrow. Tourists shold be told to try and make their border process as swftly as possible for respect for the others who are waiting, including drivers.

The whole trip was super well organized. We were guided all the way to Laos with different staff. We also had good air-conditioned vans and it was very comfortable. Only at the border we had to wait about 40 minutes for the next van, but that was totally ok. It went quite quickly for us at the border.
