check-in was smooth and easy. bus left on time. bus was nice and spacious with plenty of leg room. air-conditioning was good meaning the trip was very comfortable.

Bus was delayed 30 mins initially then when we arrived at the pick up point, we were told it was delayed again another 15/20 mins but during the journey, the driver stopped so many times that our 3 hour journey turned into 5 hours

Excellent experience with EV-Go, good quality air conditioned vehicle that arrived ahead of schedule. Would definitely travel with them again. My only recommendation is they improve there website for buying tickets online.
