Our biggest problem was the driving, which was quite dangerous and aggressive. This may reflect Cambodian driving, but our party of 4 people did not feel safe at times. In all other aspects the driver was polite and helpful.

Paid extra for the journey for the vip first class coach as opposed to a minivan but ended up in a cramped minivan with no explanation or apology. Half way through the journey told to move to the back seats which had luggage at our feet so even more cramped and no seat belts to make room for more passengers. If we had booked the minivan and only paid the minivan price I wouldn’t have been so bothered but the fact we were expecting the coach which sat in the depot was disappointing. We were informed in the morning we would be leaving 1 hour late due to a problem with the vehicle and communication was good. So again if the coach had broken down and the minivan was a replacement this would be understandable but this was not communicated and no effort made to rectify the price difference. I am therefore suspicious this was not the case and in actual fact just did not have enough people to justify using the larger “first class” coach.
