A bit of a nightmare. The drivers were crazy fast when they were actually driving and they were mostly friendly, just unclear and somewhat insincere. Where do I begin. We were delayed, had to change buses and wait in the middle of nowhere for a very delayed connecting bus. Then we were moved to a yet another bus all the while the drivers were reassuring us that everything is fine. It was a night bus so the frequent changes/stops/uncertainty over seats and massively uncomfortable seats were an absolute nightmare. No sleep all night. People behind me angry that I’m lowering my seats, the rude man in front of me lowering his seat and his naked arm falling onto my naked legs while he was ‘sleeping’. I wasn’t able to sit with my young child and she had a very hard time with all the changes, having to disembark the buses in the night multiple times at the border and various stops/bus changes. I had to take this bus because apparently there were no other options, turns out that’s not true either. I kept asking people in Sarajevo train and bus stop information, they kept telling me there are no buses to Serbia at all.
