Anonymous Return ticket. I liked the driving team, awesome guys. I didn’t like the policy of GetByBus because I thought I bought return ticket, when I asked the driver in the bus if I had a return ticket he explained your company doesn’t sell the return tickets just one way. I have a complaint on you because you sell your ticket on extremely high price. You don’t give an option to travelers to choose two way tickets. This is the reason I will never buy a ticket online from your company or somebody else. That’s shame on you for mistreating your customers. You just lost a customer… one of many!
