We are extremely disappointed with today’s transportation service.
This morning, we did not receive the vehicle that we booked, which made the journey much more difficult and uncomfortable than expected.
Now, on the return trip, the driver has been rude and refused to let us sit in the seats that we specifically paid for. On top of that, the driver is driving very dangerously, which makes us feel unsafe.
We paid for a service that was not provided as agreed. The wrong vehicle, the seating issue, the driver’s attitude, and the dangerous driving have seriously affected our experience.
We therefore request a full refund for this booking, as the service we received was far below the standard that we paid for.
We look forward to your prompt response and a satisfactory resolution.

Luca MThe driver was driving way too fast and aggressive. Very risky overtaking.
The bus was too early at the departure and way too early at the end destination. Was not fulfilling the needs of an overnight bus.
The bus itself was very new, which was nice and comfortable.

Lisa CThe bus was comfortable, but ageing - not as modern as other bus lines. The driver was friendly and we arrived on time at the airport. I was disappointed as the ISB charger was not working (don’t think k any in the bus were). Our flight boarding passes are on our phones, and our ride from Sapa 6 hours so we could not use our phones for the trip as we could not charge them. Made for a long boring trip. I am not sure why we had to meet at Hey Hotel office when we could have just gone to where the bus was - the staff there were just sitting around on their phones, joking and laughing and actually did nothing with us - we got there a little before we had too and they were grumpy with us and told us to come back at 9:30 (it was 9:15).

Alyson Staff were rude and not very helpful. We arrived at the drop off point and shouted at to immediately exit the bus causing us to frantically pack our belongings and left things behind. They ran on time and sleeper was clean although didn’t use the facilities. Toilet at the pick up point in Sapa was one of the worst I’ve used in Vietnam.

Cynthia LCustomer service online was fast and responsive, and the hotel pickup staff and drivers were all friendly and helpful. The facilities were quite standard, but still acceptable. However, the counter staff felt a bit rude and rushed. They asked again about my destination even though my printed ticket clearly showed the airport, and they were not very attentive since 3 passengers were mistaken as 2. Overall, the trip was okay, but the counter service could be improved.

Spencer ADecent trip, did the job. Lying down is the only option - particularly if you're tall (I'm over 6 foot) - but was able to rest on the journey. One stop, in the second half of the journey. Smaller bus took us from near the airport to our terminal. Generally on time and smooth ride.
