April WLeft the office at the time stated in ticket, carried out luggage right to the boat and was provided luggage as we got off the boat. Was quick and smooth enough ride.

Adrianna All went very well, the crew was nice and professional. Don’t expect that this is an exclusive transportation - treat it more like a bus. Pertol smell was tough, but the trip was only about 30 minutes so it was manageable.

Lukas The harbour is very chaotic but this is not an Billabong-Cruise related Problem

Codrin PThe boat left late and then waited to enter the port in Gili T for like 30 minutes. Uncomfortable seats for a 2h30 trip. Felt kind of like in a Ryanair plane. The trip is not 1h30 as advertised.

Alicia CBoat departure was late and the trip took longer than it says on the app, so we arrived 30-45 min later than the initial schedule.
There is quite a lot of movement and you can get wet if you go sitting at the back (better for fresh air as it can be really hot inside), so be prepared for that.

Kiril TOverall, a great experience. You arrive and check in at the counter just before the actual port. Here you wait until your boarding time. You transfer together and board the boat (it may seem a bit disorderly when you enter the port waiting area, but just make sure to listen out for your operator when it’s called to board).
The staff help you load the boat and then you’re off. We were only 10 mins late to leave (better punctuality than Deutsche Bahn these days 😂). The boat is comfortable and the trip is quick. You may get seasick and it can be warm, but this is not a cruise liner and you’ll be fine for the duration of the trip!
The only downside is the shocking state of disrepair of the Nusa Pendia port. You’re dragging your suitcases through dirt for a while, but then you’re on the island and can grab a taxi.
Would recommend and can safely affirm that the poor reviews can be ignored
