Sanur to Banjar Nyuh Pier Destination Reviews

AM
I and my wife were not allowed to board the boat

Boat was fine but not as described (no AC or bathroom). You need a physical ticket to enter the harbor and when we checked in, they forgot to give it to us. We had to run back to the shop (which is much further away then all the other boat shops) and back to the harbor with all of our stuff. When we finally got back with the tickets, they had the wrong names on them. If we had not arrived early we would have missed the boat. Very frustrating

They turned off all fans, they focus on buying beer for some people, the boat is delay about 20mins, arrive late about 45mins then there is not parking slot so I must wait around 30mins on the sea. Bad experience with this boat.

Much more organised than other companies we’ve used and the boat had great air con Only negative is they need to update the check in instructions as they have moved to an office other side of the harbour vs the booth the information directs you to

Just one thing, we didn't know where the office was, maybe the company could write it the office address in the description, because it was far of the port.

The boat actually left at 9.00 am as scheduled unlike what the online ticket mentioned (8.30. am) and the trip last 1 hour not 30 min. That should be taken account if you want to plan the rest of your day.

Departure and arrival was quite late about 25min. Acceptable. The staffs were kind. They gave us a bottle of water. My suit case was little bit wet since it was loaded edge of second floor thus it wasn't covered. But the contains were not wet.
