Had to que for ages waiting for stupid people that were late for their boats to get on our already late boat.windows were very high so couldn't see out which is clostrophobic. The second boat was better.boat . 1st boat broke down so bobbing around for 1/2 hour while they fixed it

There was a horrible smell og galoline on the boat. Everybody on the boat felt uncomfortable and we ended up getting a strong headache for the rest of the day

The trip was okay, we started on time, but arrived 30 minutes late. At the port the check in was fine, but on the way to the boat the communication was a little bad, we stood in the wrong queue. On board was a toilet, but dirty and not nice.

Pros: Organized Boarding: The boarding process at Matahari Terbit Port in Sanur was well-organized, ensuring a smooth start to the trip. Spacious & Comfortable Seats: The boat provided ample and comfortable seating, which is a significant plus for a 3-hour journey. Air-Conditioned: The presence of air conditioning contributed to a more pleasant environment onboard. Smooth Ride: The ride was smooth, though it's important to remember that sea conditions are weather-dependent. Onboard Restroom: A small restroom was available on the boat, which is convenient for longer trips. Cons: Unclear Stops: The main issue encountered was the lack of clear communication regarding intermediate stops. It was only learned upon boarding that the boat would be making two stops (Nusa Penida and Nusa Lembongan) before reaching Gili Trawangan. This added unexpected time to the journey. Tourist Tax: Upon arrival at Gili Trawangan, a tourist tax was required (10,000 IDR for locals, 20,000 IDR for foreigners). This is an additional cost to factor in.

The second vehicle had aor conditioning and passed out water and seasick medicine. That was great. The first vehicle was hot, overcrowded and was not a good ride.
