The trip took 12 hours... 12. The sleeper bus was the worst I have ever been in. Not a single electrical working in all the cabins, not the bed adjustment, not the USB charging, not even the lights. Everything broken. Disgusting, dirty, garbage in between bed parts, nothing washed, bad smell of unclean. Absolute garbage truck!

Excellent service and pick up you from the Cruise port with is extra steps they have taken, it took more than 10 hours from how long Bay Cruise Port to Sapa, along the way there are a lot to see so we couldn’t sleep but serviced and the clean is excellent. Drivers are really good and they made a multiple stop for toilets and a little rest. We definitely recommend this company for sleeping bus trip you’ll enjoy it.
