Denied entry to Serbia. I was turned away at the Serbian border because, apparently, tourists are not allowed to travel from Kosovo to Serbia. They have to enter via North Macedonia or Montenegro. After the Serbian guard denied my entry, the driver took my luggage out of the bus and told me to go back to Pristina or to Skopje then just drive off without an explanation. I was stranded at the border with only 1 way to get back. I had to hire a taxi at €130 then make my way by bus from Skopje to Belgrade. I lost 13 hours. Maybe put a warning for tourists using your bus service to Belgrade. It was expensive and exhausting. Terrible.

The drop off station wasn’t that which was shown on the ticket. I was asked to leave the bus at an other station.

I was refused entry from Kosovo to Serbia which I noticed why the driver kept our luggage separate. Better information about the border crossing. The above.

Be cautious if you are doing the route on a British passport, I was not about through at the border. Air con Comfortable lean back seats Driver helpful with baggage Relatively relaxing music Plenty of stops. At being refused at the border due to border control not being happy to stamp a British passport I was left stranded at border control with very little help being offered by the driver he was more enthusiastic to just get going himself again it cost an addition €100 to get back to safety by taxi. Nothing offered from get by bus.

Very bad unfortunate experience…. You should tell to tourists that they’re not allowed to cross Serbian border from Kosovo with a passport. You’re selling bus tickets to foreigners without any further information concerning the laws They kicked me out of the bus at the Kosovo-Serbia border without telling me the reason. I’m a UE resident… why no one told me about this before going inside the bus ?? I’m very disappointed, I had not other option to wait near the Kosovar border a bus to Pristina, in the middle on the road… :(.
